08 JANUARY 2010 HONIARA (SOLOMON STAR) ---- Solomon Islands needs women in Parliament and hopefully we’ll see some of them up there in the upcoming elections this year.
Five individual initiatives designed by participants of BGLP have now been selected for funding!

BGLP Study Tour and Participatory Project Management Workshop

During the week of 14-18 September, the top 10 BGLP project proposal designers attended the BGLP Study Tour and Participatory Project Management Workshop in Brisbane, Australia. During their time in Brisbane, the BGLP participants met with female members of parliament, university academics and community project workers.
